Plaster Process Castings Company has been producing high quality aluminum castings and tooling since 1939. Today, our company operates out of a 10,000 square foot facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Plaster Process Castings casts Aluminum, Zinc, & ZA Alloys in both Plaster and Sand Molds.

Originally, PPC Co. supported only the foundry industry through the production of Match Plates, Cope and Drag Plates, Core Boxes and Pattern Castings.

Since its founding, however, we have expanded our product lines to include tooling for the plastics industry, such as Thermoforming Tooling (vacuum and pressure), Twin Sheet Molds, EPS Molds, Blow Molds, Rotational Molds, R.I.M. Molds, Kirksite Dies as well as Prototypes to simulated Die Castings.
